Antlogic Forge is a platform operated by Antlogic that connects customers with Suja Handles & Knobs, our sole manufacturing partner, for custom fabrication and manufacturing services. Antlogic Forge is not itself a manufacturer — it provides the request-for-quotation (RFQ), quotation, ordering, and order-tracking system that Suja Handles & Knobs uses to review, quote, and fulfil your manufacturing requests.
You must provide accurate registration information (name, company, email, phone, billing/shipping address, and GST details where applicable) and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you submit a Request for Quotation, you may upload drawings, CAD files, and specifications. You confirm that you have the right to share any files you upload, and that they do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property. Antlogic Forge does not automatically interpret, analyze, or act on the contents of your drawings — every RFQ is reviewed manually by Suja Handles & Knobs.
A quotation issued through Antlogic Forge is an offer from Suja Handles & Knobs, valid until the date stated on the quotation. Accepting a quotation creates an order and is a binding commercial agreement between you and Suja Handles & Knobs for the manufacturing of the specified goods, on the payment terms, delivery terms, and lead time stated in that quotation. Antlogic Forge stores an immutable snapshot of the accepted quotation as the order's terms of record.
Antlogic Forge does not process payments. Payment terms (e.g. advance percentage, balance on dispatch) are stated as part of the quotation and are settled directly between you and Suja Handles & Knobs through your own agreed arrangement — outside of this platform. Invoices made available through your dashboard are records of amounts due, not payment requests processed by this site.
You may request a modification to a quotation before accepting it, or reject it outright, at no cost. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation is subject to the stage of production reached and any costs already incurred by Suja Handles & Knobs for materials or labour — contact Suja Handles & Knobs directly to discuss cancelling a confirmed order.
Every order is inspected before dispatch. If you believe a delivered order does not conform to the accepted quotation's specification, contact Suja Handles & Knobs promptly with details and, where possible, photographic evidence, so it can be reviewed.
Don't use this platform to submit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content, attempt to access another account or another customer's data, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
